Sales Executive

Purpose

Hunt for new business to ensure on monthly sales target and KPI target are met high performance sales standard.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring e-mail and daily job requirement from internal and external.
  • Hunt for new business to ensure on monthly sales target and KPI target are met high performance sales standard.
  • Maintain existing customers as Key Account and Local Account.
  • Approach Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
  • Maintain and develop business relationship with existing customer to obtain new business opportunities.
  • Internal coordinate with each internal department to support customer requirements and solve problem and implementation.
  • Follow up sales strategies and prepare quotation to customers.
  • Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer segments.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
  • Experience for 1 year as Sales Executive in Logistics business
  • Good command in English (TOEIC score 700 up)
  • Capable in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel (VLookup, Pivot) and Power Point.
  • Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature.
  • Good communication skills.
